CORNERSTONE is a group for the young people of this area. We organise and run a variety of activities and meetings on a regular basis to give young people opportunities that are not always available in a rural area. The agenda is theirs, as they know best their own interests and concerns.

It is open to all the young people in this area from secondary school upwards. It is run with the blessing of the church as a service to the community. There are no 'strings' attached and church attendance is not required.

Past activities have included cinema trips, ice skating, lazerworld, theme park visits, picnics and cycle rides, guided walks, barbecues, discussions and dramas in church.

Meetings are usually in the evening on the third Tuesday each month but around half-term we may have a day-time meeting during the holiday.

There is a £2 pa subscription to cover postage etc. Parental consent is required and their support would be much appreciated.
